If you choose the payment method bank transfer, you will receive a confirmation with the bank details by email after submitting your order. If you did not receive the email immediately after placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact our customer service.
As soon as we have received your payment, your delivery will be started. Depending on the bank, it may take 2-4 working days for your payment to arrive. Please make sure to enter the order numer on the bank transfer. This is the only way for us to quickly assign your payment. The goods you have ordered will be reserved for you until we receive your payment (maximum 14 days).

Please specify the order number or your customer number as the purpose of the transfer. You will find them in your order confirmation.
We accept VISA and Mastercard as credit cards. If you want to pay by credit card, please forward the credit card number, the 3-digit check digit (CVV2 / CVC2), the expiry date and your name when placing your order. You will find the check digit on the back of your credit card (on the signature field). Since we do not save your credit card details, you will have to re-enter your credit card details with every order.
